POSTAGE & PACKING
Our charges are:
Flat Rate : £50 (Recorded Delivery & Insurance)
Collect in Person : FREE
These charges are for U.K. mainland only (excluding Central London). However, extra charges may be added for large or heavy consignments to non-mainland destinations or Central London. Your agreement will be sought first should these apply. Please contact us for costs outside the U.K.

PLEASE NOTE, we use a courier service that requires a signature on delivery, Signing for receipt of good is acceptance that the goods have arrived in good condition. Therefore goods must be checked before signing, or marked unchecked next to signature.
In the event of items being damaged, photographic evidence may be required to show the extent of damage. Please do not dispose of items until we have fully investigated the situation as this may lead to no refund being given or we will be unable to refund the postage charges.

We aim to deliver all items within 2-3 days but please allow upto 14 working days (excluding weekends).
If you have any special requirements or urgent delivery dates please contact us prior to placing your order, and please leave a note in the ‘Add special instructions to the seller’ box at time or order

Credit or Debit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Switch/Maestro, Amex) by telephoning us on 01254 878100, with your card details.
BACS or IBAN we will email the details to you
Cheque* or Postal Order, payable to Ascotstudios, and post to: Ascotstudios, Unit H, Bee Mill, Preston Road, Ribchester, PR3 3XJ.
*Please note, cheque payments will delay despatch until the cheque has cleared.
Our returns policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
You may cancel your order within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of charges except postage.
Goods must be returned unused in their original packages.
You must return the item with the appropriate postage insurance at you own expense, we can not refund if the item is damaged.
Liability cannot be accepted for any damage caused by use of materials supplied by us.
